Abstract :
The paper describes the hub´flop amount measuring machine control system design and basic principle in detail. The whole control system uses MC9S12DP256 as the core of the device for measurement, control and data analysis, which can be used as the controller of the measuring instrument to control and communication with PC data transfer control. The peripheral interfaces are distributed according to the control system requirements and to achieve precise control of the stepper motor as well as the probe start and stop within a specified amount of pre-press up and down, horizontal movement through MC9S12DP256.
