Abstract
The results of research of a new UHF loop emitter produced on a basis of cold plasma of gas discharge are presented. It is shown that frequency wideband properties of the plasma emitter according both to input impedance and to radiation characteristics exceed the parameters of usual dipole loop antennas. The interesting opportunity of management by gain of plasma emitter in UHF range with the help of a change of direct current value in a circuit of a gas-discharge tube is shown.
