Abstract :
Combination with the actual situation of Huangshui River basin, to discuss and establish a combined dispatching model of surface water and ground water on the basis of water supply criterion. After calculation of the model by using the data in 1997, the results indicate that combined dispatching of surface water and groundwater in Huangshui River Basin can obtain efficient utilization of water resources and prevent over-exploitation of ground water.
