Abstract :
To realize the aim of rapid design, data management, and process management of process route for those small and medium-sized contractors which produce for group enterprises cheaply, a kind of information system architecture based on process route driven is proposed in this paper. On the basis of workflow technology, the information management system which includes the visual process route modeling tool, BOM (Bill Of Material)management of jig & fixture on the production line(process route), the production management of process route, the function of part quality, workload checking and calculating is developed. Finally, the running flow and key implemented technology of the whole system are introduced.
