Abstract :
With the rapid development of high-speed railway, trains travel faster and more densely, which may bring uncertain factors to the safety of trains. To ensure the safety of the trains, one of the effective measures is the provision of an “electronic telescope” to the drivers, which can expand the divers´ horizon, and make the drivers have enough time to prevent potential accidents. In this paper, we propose a novel video monitoring system on high-speed railway, which enables the high-speed transmission of video in railway systems. The proposed system uses a number of repeaters placed along the track and multiple antennas installed on the roof of a vehicle, transmits video signals collected by monitor placed along the track to the driver. Simulation results demonstrate the advantages of the proposed system.
