Abstract :
In order to slove the current evaluation system´s problems of fixed targets, the small scope and the lack of flexibility, this paper established a flexible framework of the evaluation system and introduced a method to filter out the most appropriate indicators. With the module method we constructed the framework of the evaluation system, the framework was composed by a certain number of independent modules and each module contained all the indicators related topics and was scalable. Within each module the entropy method was used to filter out the appropriate indicators to expand the evaluation system. Case study indicates that this is a practical application of highly effective evaluation system construction method, and makes it possible to build a flexible evaluation system for the specific enterprise.
