  • Abstract
We investigated the crystals doped by ions Eu3+, Sm3+ or Gd3+ by methods of the optical and thermoactivation spectroscopy. This impurities ions create the additional vacancies in a crystal lattice. On the literary data crystal K2SO4 does not hydrated. However it is established, at reception of crystals from the sated water solutions the molecules of water are captured by vacancies. The molecules of structural water render essential influence on optical and radiating properties of samples. For example, local indemnification of a charge at impurities ions by vacancies and molecules of water results in formation of two kind of luminescence centres. Therefore for synthesis of luminophor the method of thermodiffusion was chosen.
