Performance Control Standard and Incentive Mechanism of Power Producers

The standards which used to evaluate the power grid, so as to ensure the safe operation of the entire electricity grid and take all interest in consideration are important. This paper used CPS standards which had proposed by NERC and the CPS assessment standards of central China power grid as reference. It proposed the standards of power producers, combined with the actual situation. The influences on provincial power corporation were also be analyzed and preliminary suggestions were given to build the incentive mechanism among regional network, provincial network, power plants/ units.
