Abstract :
Based on the principle of virtual instrument, a measurement and control system for sling stretch test machine was constructed via the software platform of LabVIEW. Detail the hardware components, work processes and software design method of the system, giving the main block diagram program. The system is capable of monitoring the process of sling stretch test, with digital display, graphics display, data storage and playback functions. It has been proved that the system has the advantage of friendly interface, high reliability and short development cycle, etc., to meet test requirements in practical application.
