Abstract :
The Co2+ ions doped ZnO magnetic semiconductor films, Zn1-xCoxO, were prepared on glass substrate by sol-gel method. The microstructure of Zn1-xCoxO thin films with different x value and its photoluminescence properties were investigated. The fluorescence spectroscopy was measured for the optical properties of Zn1-xCoxO thin films and the influence of the doping content on luminescence performance was analyzed. The blue luminescence peak shows a red shift and the surface roughness shows a marked change with the doping content increasing.
