Abstract :
The essay introduced a color trapezoidal phase-shifting coding method to get the projecting angle of three-dimensional measurement system. In this method firstly use a color trapezoidal phase-shifting pattern, ensure that the intensity-ratio of sampling points changes periodically in the range of [0, 6], and then map the location of the intensity ratio in the space of intensity ratio linearly to the space of projecting angle. After continuous division of the projection angle, determine the projecting angle of the sampling points, and finally realize three-dimensional measurement based on the principle of triangulation. This article gives an explicit introduction of the coding and decoding principles of color trapezoidal phase-shifting as well as the testing experiment. The result of the experiment shows that the measurement error is less than 0.6898 mm; the measurement Standard deviation is less than 0.4099 mm.
