Abstract :
According to the actual parameters of smart car, a mathematical model is build for the unit of speed control. Based on the mathematical model, an intelligent vehicle speed control system is designed to combine fuzzy classifying with PI speed regulation. Fuzzy classifying is used to calculate the appropriate run speed for system, and PI controller is used to regulate the speed accurately on time. Through the simulation and practical testing, this intelligent vehicle control system can control the speed of smart car precisely.
