Abstract :
Hilbert transfer is usually used for the demodulated resonance analysis (DRA). Instead of that, in this work the energy operator demodulation method (EODM) is used for DRA to extract features of rolling bearings for fault diagnosis. The principle of DRA was introduced and then the energy operator and EODM were discussed in detail. Finally, the experiments on 406 rolling bearings were carried out to analyze the high- frequency resonance signal with EODM. The results show that EODM is an effective method in fault diagnosis of rolling bearing.
