Abstract
A DC analysis program which uses no iteration is described. The noniterative approach takes advantage of the fact that only certain types of nodes exist in a large majority of analog circuitry. The basic algorithm is discussed, and a description of a preliminary version of the program is given. An example and a performance comparison of the simulator versus a traditional SPICE simulator are also presented. It is noted that, even though this version of the program lacks the accuracy of higher-level SPICE simulations, there is potential to enhance the accuracy of the simulator results
