Abstract :
Room temperature CW operation InP/lnGaAsP equilateral triangle lasers are fabricated. High Q-factor modes induced by mode coupling in rectangle resonators are discussed. Finally, vertical radiation losses are analyzed for TE and TM whispering-Gallery modes in 3D microcavities.
