Abstract :
An effective way to solve the problem of overloaded vehicles is dynamic weighing. In this paper, the characteristic of dynamic weighing system signal was analyzed. Firstly, by taking wavelet transform, the shaft weight signals was disposed by frequency division to filter the high frequency noise; Secondly, using genetic algorithm to filter the dynamic load which mixed up with weighing signal; the last step, ARX algorithm was introduced in system identification and get weight of vehicles. The simulation found that accuracy is about 1%, has reached the advanced product precision standard.
