Abstract :
The research of the noise oscillators 3 - mm wave band with double-drift avalanche diode (DDAD) which work in anomaly mode creation ways have been held. The using of anomaly mode DDAD and noise generators with frequency band not less than 20% with noise level more than 55 dB from kT0 and noise characteristics flatness plusmn 1.5 dB in frequency range creation is shown.
