Abstract
This paper mainly introduces constructing Chinese new rural e-commerce platform based on logistics integration of Double E-markets and some key technologies. It has 4 sections: the first to briefly introduce current research status of rural E-commerce at home and abroad, and point out existing problems for developing e-commerce in Chinese rural areas; the second to originally propose a new rural double E-markets mode, and based on the mode, overall framework and functional structure of the e commerce platform are constructed; the third to elaborate realization of key technologies and algorithms; the last to give an actual application example in Nanfeng county (the hometown of famous Nanfeng orange in China). Nowadays, the Chinese government like many foreign governments regards improving the living standard of farmers as an important political goal. It is an important milestone to apply E-commerce technology in the construction of new countryside in China for greatly reducing rural logistics cost and developing rural circulation economy. As E-commerce has seldom been applied to Chinese countryside, the research in this paper is an innovation.
