Abstract :
The operating status of equipment are closely related to the operation conditions of hydroelectric generating unit. A critical issue of maintenance automation system is how to make performance evaluation and states analysis at the same operation conditions about the hydroelectric generating equipment. A condition monitoring and performance evaluation method based on operating conditions of hydroelectric generating unit is brought outin this paper. The condition criterions and operating condition synchronization method of online monitoring system are expounded in detail. Finally, it is introduced that the condition-based fault diagnosis process and its application with a real example.
