  • Abstract
    This question refers to a united system including 3 kinds of mathematical models with different functions. In the first place,the model controlling number of service counter so as to reduce customers´ average waiting time and promote integrated use rate of service counters under the premise that customers arrive and comply win Poisson distribution and accept service according to the index distribution through optimal design, MATLAB image fitting and relevant parameters of dynamic regulation; different weight parameters are set according to priority and different proportions in the queue of patients, which are gained from analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The priority formula k is p = Σi=1k, λi This method is tested and verified by an example in consideration of waiting time and visiting sequence of patients dynamically changed by length of the queue. Finally, the mathematical model combined with fixed sickbeds and flow sickbeds is established with reasonable and flexible calculation method in question of sickbed allocation.
