            Abstract : 
In this study, a new method is proposed and implemented to measure the coupling ratios in a single 2-T FPGA Flash cell. This new method exploits the 2-T cell architecture to directly observe the voltage coupling to the common floating gate without resorting to separate dummy devices. Applying this method in both read and programming modes, the coupling ratios were obtained for the gate, channels and source/drain overlaps.
