Abstract :
Oil field pumping load unit has a very high demand on the drive motor with starting capability and the maximum torque, so when we design the motor parameters, how to coordinate the relationship between pull-in performance and the maximum torque becomes very meaningful. Based on the dq0 coordinate system mathematical model, this paper do a digital simulation on the starting process of an energy efficient oil field pumping unit with 22kW permanent magnet synchronous motor, Based on the digital simulation, this paper introduce the pull-in synchronization criterion, the influences of magnetizing voltage and motor parameters on the relationship between pull-in performance and maximum torque are analyzed.
