Abstract :
The single molecular level low-affinity between IL-6 and IL-6R was obtained in vivo through the nano-optical tweezers system developed by our group. This affinity is 42.1 plusmn 11.7 pN when the loading rate is 3100 pN-nm/s and the QD accuracy reaches 1 nm.
