Abstract :
Calculation algorithms of discrete transformation Fourier factors of spectral density of speech signals, algorithms of reception of the spectral components levels defined on the module, algorithms of reception of capacity spectral density are considered. On the considered algorithms forms of spectral density of the speech signals proportional to levels of energy of spectral components are investigated.
