Abstract :
In this paper we present measurement results of experimental photovoltaic installation located in Poland. The results cover the last 12 months of uninterrupted measurements. The system is composed of a fixed solar panel and a data acquisition unit. Operating voltage and temperature of the panel has been periodically measured and registered. The obtained results are subjected to statistical analysis in order to evaluate performance of the system in each month. Based on this data, the amount and availability of solar-generated energy is calculated. The results of this work may be helpful in forecasting the performance of similar photovoltaic systems in the same region.
