Abstract :
Algorithm of radiometer signal processing is considered for reconstruction of water content profile in clouds. The procedure of signal processing is described and results of numerical simulation of brightness temperature are presented at 8 mm and 32 mm wavelengths. The study is performed for different cloud thickness and various types of water content profiles. It was shown that water content profile strongly influences on dependence of brightness temperature on water content while it does not influence on dependence of brightness temperature on integral water content.
