Abstract
A common data format has been defined and implemented as an open-source software project. The data model is based primarily on the MultiSpeak object formats, supplemented by the common information model with distribution extensions (DCIM). The IEEE radial test feeders can be expressed in this format. Outputs presently include an electromagnetic transient program net-list.
