Abstract :
High concentration ozone water has high efficacy in killing the selected model organisms (E. coli, Acinetobacter); As the applied ozone water dose (concentration) increased the inactivation rate of model organisms increased significantly; 1 ml of E. coli bacteria liquid (106 CFU /ml) can be Completely killed, with 2500 μL ozone water; 1ml of Acinetobacter bacteria liquid (106 CFU /ml) can be Completely killed, with 1750 μL ozone water; And the lasting effect of killing bacteria, no bacteria regeneration were got. E.Coli had stronger resistance to High concentration ozone water than Acinetobacter, and the inactivation rate were 0.192 min-1 and 0.2799 min-1 separately; The first order reaction dynamic model of Chick Model could embody the inactivation feature of E.Coli, Acinetobacter, the conclusion agree with experimental results.
