Employment system contains many items, such as basic system, supporting system and feedback system. In all of these, the feedback system is usually forgotten by colleges. The article takes tracking survey in one college for example, and aims to discuss implementing measures and working focus of employment system, via questionnaire survey including job searching, employment flows and employment status.
