Abstract
Scrum agile software development is not only a methodology, but also a management. Through elaborated the importance of personnel in the Scrum agile development process, analyzed Scrum team composition and the working environment, illustrated the assessment of productivity, and proposed the rewards and punishment measure to improve management effectiveness, analyzed in detail the “people-oriented” core idea, puts forward an effective management method and mode for Scrum personnel management.
