Abstract :
It´s a complex task to evaluate the fighting efficiency of Pontoon Bridge Regiment, because it is difficult to set up a reasonable, accurate and scientific evaluation system and to quantify the qualitative indexes of different natures. The AHP method was used in the evaluating system, and consisting of more than 20 categories of indexes, such as indexes of command and decision-making capabilities, indexes of rapid-reaction capability, indexes of pontoon crossing site engineering capacities, indexes of field survival, and indexes of comprehensive support capacity, were established. A matter element model of the grade evaluation to assess the fighting efficiency of Pontoon Bridge Regiment was built up by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, with quantitative analysis on the former. The quantitative number values to express evaluation result were given by calculating relational degree. The multi-ingredient fighting efficiency assessment was transformed into the single-object decision and the evaluation values can directly show the integrative level of the fighting efficiency of Pontoon Bridge Regiment. The application result shows that it is simple and practical.
