After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

JiangXi province has grasped the chance of the industry movement. It actively received the west industry movement according to the policy of “uniting with ChangZhuMin and joining the global business”, which has got brilliant achievement. The author analyzed the overall situation of JiangXi private companies using the data from Jiangxi Statistical Yearbooks. Then the article defined the concept of enterprise competitive advantage using the induction method. It tried to find the influencing factors of cultivating competitive advantage of JiangXi private companies via case study method. The article proposed the critical measures of cultivating competitive advantage based on the above analysis. The article is of great help to provide some ideas of developing JiangXi private companies.
