Abstract :
A material widely used in organic electronics is the intrinsically conductive polymer poly(3,4-ethylendioxythiophene) doped with polystyrene sulfonate acid (PEDOT:PSS). It is used as a conductive layer, as a hole injection layer in organic light emitting diodes (OLED´s) or as a semiconductor layer in organic thin film transistors (OTFT). In this paper we focus on the DC and thermal behavior of this intrinsically conductive polymer (ICP) and study the resulting changes of the resistive properties.
