Abstract :
HV (high-voltage) DC generator is one of the most important devices in electrical equipment test. Its portability and miniaturization has significant values in engineering. In this paper, a HV DC generator was developed based on C8051F MCU and EPM7032AE, using hard-switching technique. The power circuit of this generator adopted topological structure of circuit cascade connection of half- bridge circuit and full-bridge circuit; EPM7032AE CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) was used to drive the power circuit. C8051F020 and F330 MCU of Cygnal Company were responsible for parameter monitoring, algorithm control and man-machine interface. Debugging results suggested that the prototype could satisfy design requirements in performance and was suitable for in situ test of electrical equipments.
