Abstract
The design features of L-band, middle-power, low-loss circulators are presented. Test results for 530 ...550 MHz, 1.8 ...1.88 GHz and 1.25 ...1.55 GHz circulators are given. Outline dimension is 24 times 24 times 9 mm. Dimensions are the same for all circulators. Temperature range is from -40 to +85degC. Average forward power is 200 W.
