Abstract :
After data analysis and being tested by Chi-square distribution, it is proved that the number of patients in this model follows Poisson distribution. Since the service time does not follow negative exponential distribution, queue process is queuing model with M/G/C waiting system. By introducing multiobjective optimization model, the optimal number of patients in hospital is calculated, and the intervals of waiting time and the hospitalization time of patients with confidence level 95% are given. A reasonable time arrangement for the hospital and patients thus is suggested.
