Abstract
The authors present the results of a continuing survey of public-domain and shareware programs useful in electrical engineering (EE) education. Brief descriptions of those they feel are simultaneously sufficient for classwork applications and reasonable in cost are presented. Attention is given to software for graphing/plotting, word processing, graphics/schematic drawing, simulation, and miscellaneous special applications
