  • Abstract
    CdGeAs2{Mn}, CdGeP2{Mn}, ZnGeAs2{Mn}, and CdGeAs2{Co} solid solutions are investigated in the present work. Curie temperatures of the above mentioned crystals are determined, and a possibility of their application in spintronics is shown.
