Abstract
The authors introduce a computer program based on an exact analytic description of a boost converter using a PWM (pulse-width-modulated) duty-cycle controller. The program provides both time-domain and state-trajectory simulation of the converter state variables under different control strategies. As a result, the regulator asymptotic stability can be predicted for large-signal operation
