Abstract :
Microwave integrated circuits whose elements are linear and nonlinear lumped/distributed are analyzed using an efficient topological method. The state and output equations of these circuits are derived in explicit form with no restriction on the network topology. A computer program has been developed for the analysis of these circuits in both frequency and time domains. An illustrative example is successfully analyzed using the developed program
