Abstract :
This paper presents a spatial channel model for IMT-2000 systems as well as measurement results for 1.2 MHz wide wireless channels using an eight element linear array at two different frequencies. The spatial channel model is a spatial extension of the commonly known IMT-2000 temporal (i.e., delay profile) model. The measurement results are used to characterize the spatial aspects of the wireless channel and are used to verify the model
