Abstract :
The phase noise characteristics of magnetostatic surface wave (MSSW) delay lines oscillators were investigated using pure YIG films. The oscillator consisted of narrow band MSSW delay line in a feedback loop around on amplifier. It was noticed that the white noise spectral density was a function of the incident power to the devise. An explanation of the powers dependence will be given.
