Abstract :
Proposed in this paper is the technique for strict definition of resonant frequency in resonator humidity sensor based on the measuring of sorbent insert permittivity during the change of specific humidity of the flow under test. For that optimization of the working chamber design has been carried out, in order to define boundary condition, which suppose the strict mathematical representation of diffusion processes, as well as electromagnetic field interaction with the sorbent.
