Abstract :
The design principles of designing and technological optimization of the microwave installations for drying materials are developed. The peak profit on embodying the given technological process can be gained only at optimum values of its variables and parameters which enter into criterion function - technological parameters, properties of a material of drying, requirements and order of operation, cost performances.
