Abstract :
To reduce the expenses as well as to improve the life quality of cardiac patients, home health care is needed. In order to having the patients living at home while having necessary health care, a prototype system of home health care network has been developed in the authors´ research laboratory. This network consists of three parts: (1) the home ECG and blood pressure monitoring system; (2) the monitoring center in the hospital; and (3) the telephone network which is adopted for communication
