Abstract
The possibilities of advance of molecular beam spectroscopy methods to mm and sub-mm ranges for using in analytical and spectroscopy investigations requiring the high sensitivity (~1-10 ppb) are considered. The experimental data verifying possibility of absorption coefficient gain (NO ~104) with using molecular beam are presented.
