Abstract :
On the basis of experimental data obtained in the optical and radio ranges we carried out analysis of development of the flare phenomenon in blazar 3C 454.3 observed in 2004-2007. It was derived the detailed coincidence of the flare phenomenon for the optical and radio ranges with a time shift, which depends on the frequency of observations. The change in the delay of the flare phenomenon at frequencies of the radio range with respect to the optical range is in contrast to the dispersion delay of propagation of radiation in the interstellar medium and testifies to the internal cause of the phenomenon in question. Small-scale changes in the radiation flux in time intervals (5-10) days also correlate in the millimeter and optical ranges with nearly 10-month shift. It can serve as evidence in favor of a uniform source of initiation of radiation generation at all the wavelength ranges. Rapid fluctuations of radiation flux, which correlate with mentioned time shift in radio and optics, can be associated with matter inhomogeneities in the accretion disk. With detailed researches for fluctuations of AGN fluxes it is possible to create the procedure of analysis of the accretion disk structure. The model of energy release in active galactic nuclei (AGNs), not associated only with the accretion on the supermassive black holes, is proposed.
