Abstract

On the stage of elaboration of Forest-UA system, as a wood segment of GEOUA national program, the following remote sensing principles should be realized: synchronous remote and necessary field measurements of the surface and meteorological parameters; repeated observations in order to estimate changeability of the surface reflective properties and increase detection reliability; using a priori information about the surface reflective properties from contrasting schemes.
