Abstract :
The method based on a forecast model of multivariate nonlinear regression is presented for study on influence factors of cutter head torque and solve the problem of estimating the torque accurately. By comprehensive consideration the influences of geological parameters, driving parameters and cutter head structure parameters, the regression forecast model is established based on theoretical calculation models of cutter head torque and field monitoring data at some Tianjin subway project. The cases study of shield tunneling projects shows that the forecast model is correct and precise. It can be applied to cutter head torque forecast and shield-driven parameters control in shield tunneling under similar geological conditions.
