Abstract :
A zero-offset auto-correction circuit, which can automatically reduce zero-offset, is designed in this paper. It can reduce the zero-offset of the input in order to increase the dynamic range. The boot circuit of logic control can not only reduce the power consumption of the circuit but also latch the input signal of D/A converter after correcting and automatically turn off the comparator circuit and the counter circuit. Through the circuit simulation, the accuracy of final revised is 5.89mV under the gain of 500 and the adjustment range is up to 500mV. The results show that the circuit can effectively reduce zero-offset of the piezoresistive micro-accelerometer sensor.
